As registration has closed for the Annual Bike Build this Saturday, please take a moment to make a company or personal gift with NARI to TurningWheels for Kids and help ensure that kids all over the bay area will receive a bike of their own for the holiday season. Your donation will literally go for miles and miles!

You are welcome to contribute to our chapter goal of $1000 for this program by following the steps below.

  • 100% of your donation will go directly toward the purchase of bicycles and helmets.

  • Each year we work diligently to collect funds, purchase and assemble bikes and then distribute them to worthy, established children’s charities for their holiday giving programs.

  • TurningWheels For Kids distributes bikes not only at the holiday but also year round through a number of partnerships focused on preventing childhood obesity and supporting low-income families.

  • We must hit a reset button and bring children back outdoors to experience the fun we all remember from our childhoods. We must give children the opportunity to share bike riding as an important childhood rite of passage. And as the number one gift requested by these children, bikes can bring kids back outdoors to active play—exactly what a child should be doing.
