The President is the Chief Goal Guru with a dash of charisma and a fistful of high-fives! Their role is to provide leadership, guide strategic direction, preside over board meetings, foster collaboration among board members, oversee the implementation of the organization's mission, and represent the chapter to external stakeholders, all while ensuring the organization operates effectively and in compliance with its mission and relevant laws and regulations.

The President-Elect/First Vice President is our President's right-hand wing-person, armed with enthusiasm and a vision for the future. They're not just preparing to take the reins as the President next year but are already rolling up their sleeves to shape the chapter's destiny. From brainstorming creative ideas to charting strategic goals, they're the co-pilot. Need someone to step in for the President at a board meeting or chapter event? The Vice-President of Membership is our membership magician! They're on a mission to keep our chapter buzzing with new members while keeping our existing members happily glued to the club. They're not just organizing membership campaigns; they're directing the show with our Membership Committee Chair(s) and the Executive Director. The Vice-President of Programs is the event superstar, the magician behind the curtain, and the orchestra conductor, all rolled into one! They're in charge of making sure our chapter meetings and special events are not just a place to fill up but a place to be filled with awe. From fascinating educational speakers to informative sessions, they're the mastermind behind our monthly dose of wisdom and fun. When they're not creating an annual program schedule, he/she is booking speakers and host/sponsor locations like it's a piece of cake. 

The Vice-President of Education is like the chief NARI education knowledge officer and the motivational guru, all rolled into one! They're on a mission to quench our members' thirst for knowledge. It's not just about educational events and certification classes; it's about delivering what our members want. And when it comes to NARI Certifications, they're not just cheerleaders; they're the coaches, pushing our members to achieve excellence and stand out in the industry. The Vice-President of Marketing & Public Relations in collaboration with the Marketing Chair and Executive Director is our creative commander-in-chief and the mastermind behind the spotlight! They're in charge of painting our chapter's picture in the most vibrant colors, creating campaigns that make our programs, services, events, and benefits pop like a firework show. Think of them as the storytellers, weaving narratives that enrich our members' experience and entice new members to join the NARI family. Additionally, they're the bridge between our chapter and the local community, ensuring our presence shines like a star. It's not just about marketing; it's about promoting our name and community service projects with a touch of pizzazz! 

The Vice-President of Industry Partners is the maestro of collaboration! The chief champion of our industry partners, ensuring they not only enjoy a VIP seat at the table but also thrive in our community. Think of them as the matchmakers, creating connections between our partners to contractors, designers, and architects. They're also the custodians of win-win relationships, ensuring our industry partners annual sponsors reap the benefits.

The Vice-President of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is the Captain of Inclusivity, on a mission to make our remodeling community a vibrant melting pot. They're like the chief architect of change, crafting programs and initiatives that bring in diverse talent and make everyone feel right at home. Think of them as the bridge builder, connecting us with the regional remodeling community to show that diversity is not just a buzzword but a key ingredient in our recipe for chapter success!

Your part-time Executive Director (ED) has a business contract with the chapter with the scope of work that is essentially running a small professional non-profit. Major responsibilities are divided into these categories: 

1. Governance: serves as an appointed non-voting board officer; informs, educates, advises, trains, and partners with the governing body.
2. Administration: overseeing all daily business and financial administration of the organization. Including website maintenance, new & existing software management, and systems maintenance.
3. Events Co-Management: partnering with Programs, Education and Marketing committees with promotions, registration, logistics, event day and post event tasks.
4. Committees Management or Co-Oversight with Board of Directors: can step into interim committee chair roles when vacancy or during transition of new board VP or committee chair.
