BWB Builders with team member, The Tile & Grout King | A rear and side addition reconfigured the home into an open floor plan with an expanded kitchen for two cooks and easy backyard access. A suspended soffit and linear lighting enhance functionality, while the new dining area showcases the homeowner’s wine collection. Clerestory windows add light and architectural interest. The expanded living area features a recessed multi-panel sliding door to the patio, and the former kitchen now serves as a guest bath and laundry.
Earth Bound Homes | This mid-century modern home blends vibrant colors with integrated technology. A relocated kitchen features a raised ceiling, skylights, and LED panel lighting, while the former kitchen space is now an office with illuminated Star Wars displays. The living room showcases an Orbe Fireplace, and the spa-inspired main bath includes a bamboo vanity, Ofuro soaking tub, sauna, and walk-in shower.
Harrell Design + Build and 2 team members, The Tile & Grout King, and All Natural Stone | This remodel blends modern design with mixed materials and glass lines. Features include a Bocce ball court, infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and a pergola with steel, wood, and lighting accents. Inside, the great room has black accents and views, with hidden Mickey LED lights in the dining area. The Zen primary bath offers a shower for two, while the home also includes a Minnie bath, full theater, and basement with color-changing LEDs.

The open kitchen features sage-colored cabinets and natural stone countertops. The kids' bathroom is playful with ombre pink and white floor tiles, a greenish-blue vanity, and coordinating accents, while the powder room gains bold new cabinetry, mirrors, fixtures, and vibrant wallpaper.

Neutral tones offer timeless elegance, and the kids' bathrooms incorporate playful blues and greens. The spacious, luxurious primary bath completes the family-friendly transformation.
