A porcelain waterfall-edge island and geometric backsplash add refinement, while sconces and removed draperies enhance natural light. The reconfigured breakfast nook improves storage, and a new coffee bar replaces the desk for added functionality. The result is a bright, inviting kitchen at the heart of the home.
Next Stage Design + Build | Removing a non-structural closet made space for a kitchen island, fulfilling the client’s vision. Storage increased with cabinetry, deep drawers, and specialized features like a mixer lift and built-in microwave. Custom cabinetry in the family room complements the kitchen, featuring a media cabinet and dry bar for seamless elegance. Gold accents add a touch of glamour to this stylish entertaining space.

A sandblasted ceiling, imported tile, and fresh paint enhance the dining nook, while a sleek push-button fireplace and hardwood floors add elegance. The result is a stylish, welcoming home.
Harrell Design + Build and 2 team members, The Tile & Grout King, and All Natural Stone | The project team transformed four separate living areas into a unified, year-round entertainment space, highlighting the breathtaking view. By eliminating a hindering wall, (*) the remodel seamlessly integrated the kitchen, fostering a hub for cooking and socializing. A custom-designed iron grid partition added privacy and coziness while showcasing their art collection. The addition of an integrated fire table created a welcoming ambiance for the vibrant couple.

Domenichini Construction with team member, Studio 38 Designs Inc | In this remodel, the removal of a structural pillar and the addition of a large island, along with extended cabinetry, transformed the kitchen into an inviting, uncluttered, and collaborative cooking space. Closing the fireplace, introducing a new satellite bar, and installing double pocket doors at the dining table entrance enhanced the updated aesthetic. With added storage and a stylish design, this space is now the home's central gathering spot.
Heartwood Residential Services | Removing two walls, including a load-bearing one, and adding a 30’ beam created a spacious great room with improved flow and functionality. The open kitchen now features abundant cabinetry, natural light, an expanded L-shaped layout, and an oversized island as the centerpiece for gatherings. A custom dining nook and preserved walnut flooring add warmth, character, and timeless appeal to the design.
