Next Stage Design+Build with 3 team members, The Tile & Grout King Inc , Brian Thompson Drywall, and University Electric Home Appliance Center | In this completed design, the living room partition and primary closet were removed to expand the kitchen, adding an island with seating and a charcoal quartz countertop. Stained wood cabinets provide storage for collectibles and wine. A 330-sq ft addition created a larger primary suite, and the original suite became a third bedroom for flexible use. The primary bath almost doubled in size, featuring a 5-foot vanity with drawers and a shelf, with pale sage walls and white quartz countertops. The hall bath update was also completed in the scope.
Next Stage Design+Build with 3 team members, The Tile & Grout King Inc , Brian Thompson Drywall, and All Natural Stone | The entry door was relocated for more privacy, and the front office was repurposed to expand the kitchen and add a walk-in pantry. The kitchen expanded to 240 sq ft, with extensive custom cabinetry, a focal-point hood, and a 9' island with casual seating, prep sink, and roll-out storage. A 335 sq ft addition relocated the laundry room, added a bedroom, and a (*) second bath. The shower was expanded with a bench and niche, while the vanity was relocated to create a better sightline and added storage.
