Harrell Design + Build  | The new “Catio” fully encloses the balcony, preserving views of the backyard and scarlet oak tree. Copper mesh panels prevent escape while offering scenic views. The railing, with copper mesh infill, extends to the polycarbonate roof, keeping the space dry and bright. A built-in bench lets homeowners enjoy the balcony, while a cat door provides easy access for the cats. The existing railing and an elevated "catwalk" hangs below the roof rafters.
