Next Stage Design + Build with 3 team members, The Tile & Grout King Inc, Brian Thompson Drywall, and All Natural Stone | The redesigned fireplace façade takes full advantage of its 6-foot-wide wall space, complemented by a built-in bookcase and bench seat crafted from the same cherry wood as the mantle for a cohesive look. The homeowners worked with the designer to create a Craftsman-style tile design, featuring handcrafted ceramic tiles in earthy tones that add natural warmth to the space.
D.R. Domenichini Construction with team member, Studio 38 Designs Inc | The loft has been transformed into a reading nook and lounge with added cabinetry, custom countertops, and hardwood floors. Custom countertops, backsplash, and enhanced lighting brighten the kitchen, while efficient storage and an exposed wood island complete the design. A bathroom has semi-custom cabinets with earthy tones and extra storage for towels and toiletries. Removing framing expanded the shower, and bold tiles maintain the industrial aesthetic. This historic fruit packing plant-turned-condominium blends modern elegance with industrial charm, preserving its character.
Harrell Design + Build and 5 team members, Emser Tile, All Natural Stone, Brian Thompson Drywall, CR Marble & Granite, and University Electric Home Appliance Center | The remodeled kitchen is more open, with improved flow, increased storage, and better functionality for a kosher kitchen. The L-shaped cabinetry was replaced with built-in niches, expanding seating and highlighting artwork. The Dining Room now flows seamlessly into adjacent spaces, with niches for art and a favorite tapestry. The powder room features a floating vanity, metallic finish, and backlit mirror for a WOW factor. The primary bath shower was updated to be curbless, with a larger niche and wood-look tiles. The hall bath was redesigned with Mediterranean-inspired finishes for family visits.
HArts Design+Build | Kitchen & Bath with team member, The Tile & Grout King | The remodeling team opened the kitchen by removing the central bookcase and cabinets, adding an island and creating a more efficient flow. Recessed lighting and white tones expanded the space. The new color palette, finishes, and storage solutions reduced clutter. A bar area was added for the liquor collection, and the family room now serves as a multi-purpose space for work and entertainment.
Harrell Design + Build and 4 team members, The Tile & Grout King, All Natural Stone, Brian Thompson Drywall, and Signature Hardwood Floors | This renovation enhances flow and functionality, blending modern elegance with thoughtful design. A relocated staircase and reconfigured spaces create seamless transitions, while maximized ceiling heights and warm wood flooring add refinement. In the Primary Bath, luxurious materials and bespoke cabinetry offer accessibility with style. The powder room, now a serene retreat, features elevated finishes and custom touches. Throughout, natural light and curated details strengthen the connection between interior and surroundings.
