M. Designs Architects  | This renovation created a modern, light-filled home with seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A redesigned U-shaped kitchen opens fully to an updated wooden deck featuring a pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, and dual seating areas. The façade and entry were modernized with a taller door, while the fireplace became a sleek focal point. An ADU was added for guests, completing the inviting and functional entertainer's space.

 

Next Stage Design + Build withteam members, The Tile & Grout King Inc, Brian Thompson Drywall, University Electric Home Appliance Center, and All Natural Stone | In this remodel, the garage was converted into a family room, and the kitchen moved to the former family room, creating an open layout with a panoramic door and open beam ceiling. The former living room became a third bedroom with an ensuite bath. The home was reconfigured to a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath layout, adding a larger kitchen island, natural light, and rich materials like hickory cabinets and black pearl granite. A powder room and wet bar were added for entertaining, and the guest bedroom includes a repurposed hexagonal window for light and interest.

M. Designs Architects  | This remodel focused on maximizing views and privacy for the parents while accommodating their teenage children. The design embraced modern indoor-outdoor living, with open spaces connecting the interior to the outdoors. The original master bedroom became a suite for the grandparents, and a new master suite was added on an upper floor. An artist's loft was created adjacent to the master, providing an inspiring space. The home was also designed to highlight the magnificent front-yard tree.

D.R. Domenichini Construction  | This French countryside-inspired remodel with a 1,200 sq. ft. addition, enhances functionality, style, and flow. Large arched windows bring in natural light, while reclaimed materials and custom features create a refined, inviting ambiance. A reshaped balcony, 12’ metal entry door, and modern exterior complement the surrounding vineyard. The 600 sq. ft. kitchen showcases reclaimed beams, handmade cabinets, a Calacatta Oro island, and two wine cellars. A second-story terrace with terra cotta tiles offers stunning vineyard views.

Harrell Design + Build and 4 team members, University Electric Home Appliance CenterAll Natural StoneBrian Thompson Drywall, and Signature Hardwood Floors  | This remodeled kitchen now boasts ample natural light, easy access to the dining room through a large arch, with additional cabinets and countertop space. A new family room addition with a custom bookcase, fireplace, and arched French doors leads to the deck. (*) The master bath features a refreshed, curbless shower, while the hall bath also includes a spacious curbless shower with a full vanity. Through careful planning, the home blends historic charm with modern comfort, fulfilling the homeowners' dream.
